Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g smoked salmon
- 6 spring onions
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- pepper
- 1 tsp mustard
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tsp vinegar (herb vinegar)
- 2 tbsp oil
- Dill, chopped
Instructions

Cut the salmon slices first into wider strips, then into larger pieces. Peel the spring onions and slice them into thin rings. Halve and deseed the cherry tomatoes. Mix a marinade of pepper, mustard, lemon juice, vinegar, and oil, then stir in the dill. Combine the marinade, fish, and vegetables, cover, and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. The salad can also be left to marinate overnight. Serve with white bread or a baguette.
