Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g quark
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 3 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • ½ bulb(s) of garlic (or more)
  • salt and pepper
  • some Tabasco

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 15 minutes

Combine the quark, milk, and ketchup in a bowl and mix. Add a little more milk if necessary until the sauce reaches the desired consistency. Stir in the crushed or finely diced garlic. Season with salt, pepper, and Tabasco to taste. Let the sauce sit for at least 3 hours and then serve. Delicious with any kind of grilled food or simply with baguette or flatbread.
