Chicken breast fillet baked with tomato and mozzarella

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 2 balls of mozzarella
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Rinse the chicken breast fillets with lukewarm water and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper and sear for about 1 minute on each side. Place the fillets in a baking dish, peel and finely chop the garlic, and spread it in the dish. Clean and slice the tomatoes, then slice the mozzarella. Arrange the slices on top of the fillets in a shingle pattern and season again with salt and pepper. Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 20-30 minutes. Potatoes, rice, and potato croquettes are suitable side dishes.
