Turkey strips with peanut sauce and paprika

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g turkey schnitzel, cut into strips
  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped
  • 3 peppers, diced, red, yellow and green
  • 200 ml water
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • chili powder
  • Ginger powder
  • 3 tbsp oil (peanut oil or sesame oil)
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Heat oil in a pan and fry the turkey strips. Once the turkey strips are lightly browned, add the diced onion, diced bell pepper, and peanut butter, fry until well browned, and deglaze with the water. Season with salt, chili, and ginger, then cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve with rice or Chinese noodles.
