Baked potatoes with fire

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • lots of rosemary, fresh
  • 1 tbsp sambal oelek
  • 500 g potatoes, small
  • some olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

First, preheat the oven to 180°C. Wash the potatoes, cut them into eighths with the skin on, and place them in a heatproof bowl. Then, using a cup or similar container, add plenty of olive oil (use good quality, otherwise it won’t taste good!). Finely chop the garlic and add it. Add 1-2 tablespoons of sambal oelek, depending on how spicy you like it. Add salt and pepper, blend everything together with a hand blender, and pour it over the potatoes. Sprinkle some rosemary sprigs over the potatoes and bake for about 45-60 minutes. Once the potatoes are nicely browned, remove them from the oven and serve.
