Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g potatoes
- 5 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 tbsp seasoning mix (fries seasoning)
- 1 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
- 1 tbsp oregano
- Parmesan, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Wash the potatoes thoroughly and quarter them lengthwise. Now place the potato wedges in a bowl and drizzle with the oil and seasoning, spreading them evenly so that each potato gets a little seasoning. Spread everything on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the potatoes. Bake the potatoes in the oven at 220°C (fan oven) for about 30 minutes. The baking time can vary slightly; the main thing is that they are nice and crispy.
