Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 12 large mushrooms
  • 4 slice(s) ham, cooked
  • 4 slices of cheese (Gouda)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Butter, herb or garlic butter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Finely dice the cheese, ham, and mushroom stems, toss with oil, salt, and pepper. Fill the mushroom caps with the mixture, top with a knob of butter, and place in a baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C until tender, 15-20 minutes depending on the size. Serve with fresh baguette and a salad.
