Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 pork schnitzels
- 3 onions, half rings
- 200 g ham, cooked, diced
- 1 can mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cups of cream (or half cream, half milk)
- Salt and pepper, pepper, some chili powder
- some chili powder
- Fat
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Season the schnitzels, brown them, and place them side by side in a greased casserole dish. Sauté the onions in the pan, add the ham and mushrooms. Briefly brown everything, season, and spread it over the schnitzels. Pour the cream over the schnitzels and refrigerate overnight. The next day, place them in an oven preheated to 175 degrees Celsius and bake for about 45 minutes. This dish is best served with spaetzle.
