Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 20 g sugar or other sweetener
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 bag(s) of coffee powder (instant cappuccino powder)
  • 150 g whipped cream
  • n. E. biscuit(s), (amaretinis) for garnish
  • some cocoa powder, for dusting

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

not completely low in calories, but very creamy and tasty

Whip the cream until stiff. Mix the remaining ingredients thoroughly and fold in the whipped cream. Ladle into bowls, dust with cocoa powder, and garnish with amaretti biscuits. Ladle the cream into serving bowls just before serving, as the yogurt will release some of the water over time, and the cream will need to be stirred again. To save calories, you can also use quark instead of mascarpone, although it won’t be quite as creamy.
