Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g spinach (creamed spinach)
- 500 ml water
- 500 ml milk
- 150 g processed cheese with herbs
- 2 cubes of stock
- 1 pack of herbs (8-herb mix, frozen)
- salt and pepper
- 200 g sour cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Bring all ingredients, except the sour cream, to a boil, stirring frequently. When the soup is boiling, turn off the heat. When it has stopped boiling, whisk in the sour cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper. This soup can easily be made for larger groups.
