Spaghetti with spinach sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 ml milk
  • 1 tsp vegetable broth, slightly heaped tsp
  • 50 g cheese, grated
  • 450 g creamed spinach (minis), frozen
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly freshly grated Parmesan
  • n. B. Water (salt water)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

a delicious, quick way to combine spinach and spaghetti

Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the instructions. Meanwhile, add the milk and a teaspoon of instant broth to a saucepan and heat. Stir in the cheese. Once melted, add 450g of spinach and let it thaw in the sauce, stirring constantly. I finished by tossing fresh Parmesan cheese over the spinach.
