Whisk together salt, eggs, and milk, stir into flour to form a dough, and let it rest for 30 minutes. Heat oil in a pan and cook thin pancakes. Meanwhile, simmer the applesauce in an uncovered pan over low heat for 10 minutes. Add the washed raisins and let it cool slightly. Spread over the pancakes, roll up, and cut into 3 pieces. Grease an ovenproof dish with margarine. Place the filled pancakes upright in the pancakes. For the glaze, whisk 1 egg with sugar, salt, and milk. Mix in the almonds and spread over the pancakes. Sprinkle with butter and place in the preheated oven on the middle rack. Bake for about 40 minutes at 220°C. Remove from the oven and serve immediately. A small soup is sufficient as a starter. The dish is very filling.
