Marinated Strawberries with Honey Yogurt

The perfect marinated strawberries with honey yogurt recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Fresh strawberries
  • 300 g Greek Yogurt with honey
  • 3 tablespoon Cointreau
  • 1 tablespoon Extra fine sugar
  • 16 Amarettini almond biscuits
  • 1 Teaspoon of bittersweet Grated chocolate
  • 1 Teaspoon white Grated chocolate
  1. Rinse all strawberries with cold water, quarter them, removing the leaves. Puree half of the fruit in a tall, narrow mixing vessel with the honey yoghurt, mix the other half with Cointreau and sugar and then cover and chill for about 30 minutes.
  2. Fill the marinated strawberries into champagne bowls or suitable glasses, place the amarettini on top and spread the pureed yoghurt-strawberry mixture over them. Garnish each serving with a few chocolate chips and a halved strawberry and place in the fridge until ready to eat.
