Marinated Strawberries with Honey Yogurt
The perfect marinated strawberries with honey yogurt recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Fresh strawberries
- 300 g Greek Yogurt with honey
- 3 tablespoon Cointreau
- 1 tablespoon Extra fine sugar
- 16 Amarettini almond biscuits
- 1 Teaspoon of bittersweet Grated chocolate
- 1 Teaspoon white Grated chocolate
- Rinse all strawberries with cold water, quarter them, removing the leaves. Puree half of the fruit in a tall, narrow mixing vessel with the honey yoghurt, mix the other half with Cointreau and sugar and then cover and chill for about 30 minutes.
- Fill the marinated strawberries into champagne bowls or suitable glasses, place the amarettini on top and spread the pureed yoghurt-strawberry mixture over them. Garnish each serving with a few chocolate chips and a halved strawberry and place in the fridge until ready to eat.
