Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 eggplant(s)
- 3 tbsp miso paste
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 23 minutes

Slice the eggplant into thin slices. Mix the ingredients for the glaze. Brush one side of the eggplant slices with the glaze and place them coated-side down on the grill. After 4 minutes, brush the tops and flip the slices. Once cooked, remove from the grill.
