Pork fillets with garlic and balsamic mushrooms

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 6 pork medallions
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) spice mix, steak seasoning
  • 1 shot of balsamic vinegar, red
  • 1 dash of olive oil
  • 1 shot of Cremefine or cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

low-carb

Peel and finely chop the onion. Slice the mushrooms and place them in a container, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt (sea salt is best), and crush the garlic. Add the onion and mix well. Season the pork fillets (salt, pepper if desired, and steak seasoning if desired) and sear them in olive oil. Then set them aside. Sauté the mushrooms in the pan and finally deglaze with red balsamic vinegar, finish with a little cream, and season to taste. Now you can place the mushrooms in a crisping dish or pan, add the fillets, and return everything to the oven for about 5 minutes (approx. 180 degrees Celsius or until crispy). A suggested side dish: a green salad.
