Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g cream cheese
- 4 tbsp cream, sweet
- 100 g cream cheese
- ½ bunch parsley
- 1 bunch of chives
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
for every vegetable
Chop the parsley, chives, and onions (tastiest from your own garden), and mince the garlic. Mix all ingredients together and finally season with salt and pepper. Add chicory, strips of bell pepper, cucumber, carrots, and anything else you can spoon into the dip.
