Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 avocados, ripe
- 50 g cream cheese
- 2 small onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- salt and pepper
- some lime juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Halve the ripe avocado, scoop out the core, and immediately drizzle with lime/lemon juice. Peel and dice the onions. Place half of the diced onions in a bowl with the avocado, cream cheese, and finely chopped garlic cloves and blend with an immersion blender. Season with salt and pepper and stir in the remaining diced onion. Serve as a dip with crackers, chips, or raw vegetables, or try it as a spread on bread.
