  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • some white wine
  • pepper
  • oregano
  • Parsley, chopped
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick Mediterranean antipasti

Dice the mushrooms and onions. Finely chop the garlic. Pour oil into a pan, sauté the mushrooms, add the onions and garlic, and continue sautéing. Add lemon juice and white wine and season to taste. Pairs perfectly with other antipasti.
