Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 bell peppers, red and green, cut into strips
- 200 g mushrooms, sliced
- 2 onions, diced
- 750 g beef for goulash
- 2 Cabanossi, sliced
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 can of tomatoes
- oil
- Flour
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- 2 liters beef stock or vegetable broth
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Brown the Cabanossi in a little oil, remove, and add to the crockpot. Brown the goulash in the same pan and add to the crockpot. Sauté the onions and mushrooms, add tomato paste, sauté briefly, sprinkle with a little flour, and stir in. Deglaze with a little stock. Add to the crockpot along with the pepper strips and tomatoes. Add the remaining stock and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook on high for about 3 hours. Season again before serving. If desired, you can also cook potatoes with the mixture.
