Spelt carrot grain bread

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g spelt flour
  • 50 g flaxseed, crushed
  • 50 g millet flakes
  • 25 g pumpkin seeds, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 380 ml water
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 150 g carrot(s), grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

healthy and juicy

First, mix all the ingredients together, except for the carrots. Finally, fold them in. Shape the dough into a loaf and bake at 180°C for about one hour. The bread doesn’t need to rise and can be put in the oven immediately.
