Spinach lasagna

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g spinach, frozen
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 30 g margarine
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • ¼ liter of milk
  • salt and pepper
  • 6 lasagna sheets
  • 150 g cheese
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Thaw the spinach and sauté. Dice the onion and sauté in margarine in a pan until translucent. Stir in the flour, deglaze with milk, bring to a boil, season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg, and fold in the spinach. Grease a baking dish, alternate layers of spinach with lasagna sheets, sprinkle with grated cheese, and bake at 175°C for 30 minutes.
