Veggie Avocado Chocolate Spread

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 avocado(s), ripe
  • 2 tbsp syrup (agave)
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 vanilla pod(s), scraped pulp
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Vegan, as a spread and dessert

Halve the avocado and remove the pit, scoop out the flesh, and blend in a blender until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until combined. Refrigerate the cream for a few hours and then serve cold. You can, of course, sweeten or refine it with other ingredients.
