Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 1 bunch of chives
- 60 ml water
- 2 tbsp, heaped almond flour
- 1 pinch of baking powder
- Salt, to taste
- 1 slice(s) cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes
with chives
Cut the chives into small rolls. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly, preferably with a mixer. Heat a pan and pour the batter into the pan. I used a pan that didn’t require any additional fat. Fry the pancake until light brown on both sides. Transfer to a plate. Melt a slice of cheese in the still-hot pan and then place it on the pancake. I served it with tomatoes.
