Quick horseradish yogurt sauce for potatoes

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 large potatoes, or several small ones
  • 100 g natural yogurt, creamy
  • 1 tbsp horseradish, (creamed horseradish), OR:
  • 1 tsp horseradish, freshly grated
  • 2 tsp mayonnaise, OR:
  • 2 tsp remoulade
  • n. B. Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 23 minutes

Cut the unpeeled potatoes into bite-sized pieces and place them in a microwave-safe container with salt. Cook on high for about 6-8 minutes. In the meantime, mix the yogurt, horseradish, and mayonnaise. Serve with the cooked potatoes. The sauce also tastes great with jacket potatoes, baked potatoes, boiled potatoes, or boiled potatoes.
