Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 large potatoes, or several small ones
- 100 g natural yogurt, creamy
- 1 tbsp horseradish, (creamed horseradish), OR:
- 1 tsp horseradish, freshly grated
- 2 tsp mayonnaise, OR:
- 2 tsp remoulade
- n. B. Salt

Cut the unpeeled potatoes into bite-sized pieces and place them in a microwave-safe container with salt. Cook on high for about 6-8 minutes. In the meantime, mix the yogurt, horseradish, and mayonnaise. Serve with the cooked potatoes. The sauce also tastes great with jacket potatoes, baked potatoes, boiled potatoes, or boiled potatoes.
