healthy and super tasty

Brew the tea according to the instructions and let it steep. If two tea bags aren’t enough for you, you can of course use more. Put the raspberries in a sieve and hang the sieve in a bowl. The bowl must be large enough to hold the tea. Thaw the raspberries and let the tea cool. When the tea is not too hot, pour it over the berries in the bowl. The sieve should now hang in the liquid so that the tea can steep with the raspberries. I like to prepare this the evening before so that everything can steep and cool in the fridge overnight. The next day, press the raspberries through the sieve into the tea and sweeten with liquid sweetener, if desired. Then add the ice cubes and serve.
