Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g low-fat curd cheese
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sea salt, good
- 6 tbsp, sautéed oat bran
- 2 tbsp flour (spelt, wholemeal or wheat flour)
- 1 tbsp flaxseed
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp psyllium husk
- ½ package of cream of tartar baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Combine the quark, oil, eggs, and salt. Combine all the dry ingredients and stir into the quark mixture. Line a small loaf pan with baking paper. Pour in the batter and bake the bread at 160°C (convection oven) for 30 minutes. Serve slightly warm and it makes a delicious breakfast bread instead of a roll.
