Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g spaghetti
  • 250 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 285 g corn
  • 200 g gherkins
  • 200 g Gouda, young, in one piece
  • 100 g mayonnaise
  • 100 ml cream
  • 50 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 35 minutes

Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions and then rinse. Wash the cherry tomatoes, remove the stems, and halve them. Wash, trim, and dice the bell peppers. Drain the corn and gherkins, then slice the gherkins. Remove the rind from the young Gouda cheese and cut it into sticks. Mix the cream with mayonnaise, vegetable stock, and curry powder until smooth. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar. Combine everything and let it sit for 1 hour before serving.
