Apple pie with honey

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 225 g flour, whole grain
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 50 g butter
  • 50 g oil
  • 75 g honey
  • 350 g apples, peeled, pitted, chopped
  • 1 egg(s), beaten
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

sugar-free, with wholemeal flour and lots of apple, quick and easy preparation

Mix the flour, salt, cinnamon, and baking powder well in a large bowl. Add the butter and oil and mix everything with a spoon. Then stir the honey into the batter in several portions. This helps distribute the sweetness evenly. Now stir in the finely chopped apples and finally beat the egg over the mixture. Don’t be alarmed, the batter will be very moist and sticky. Now pour the batter into a greased loaf pan or a 20 cm springform pan. Bake in a preheated oven for about 45 minutes at 170°C (top/bottom heat). Be careful, the cake will still be very soft when warm and will break easily. It tastes delicious even on the second day, so it can be baked the day before.
