Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kg double cream cheese
- 5 eggs
- 1 pinch vanilla powder, bourbon
- ½ bag(s) of baking powder
- 3 tbsp sweetener, (Stevia ground.)
- 2 tsp sweetener (liquid stevia)
- 6 cl rum, 54%
- 10 tbsp brown rice (medium grain) ground approx. 170 g
- 500 g grapes, seedless
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix all ingredients except the grapes together. Fold in the grapes. Pour into a 26 cm springform pan lined with baking paper. Bake in a cold oven at 160°C (convection oven) for about 70 minutes. Slice the next day. Note: You can use 250 g of raw cane sugar instead of stevia.
