Strawberry yogurt with cookies

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g strawberries, fresh, chopped
  • 500 g natural yogurt, low-fat
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 250 g cream cheese, low-fat or with yogurt
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar (bourbon vanilla sugar)
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 150 g sugar or liquid sweetener
  • 6 cookies

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Low-fat, light dessert, ideal for summer!

Whisk the natural yogurt, quark, and cream cheese with the sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and fold in. Wash the strawberries, cut them into small pieces, and stir them into the yogurt mixture. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish or serving bowls. Now crush the cookies in a freezer bag (this works best with a rolling pin) and sprinkle them on top of the cream. Tastes great fresh and still great the next day (although there’s usually nothing left). I brought this dessert to a barbecue, but unfortunately, there was nothing left for the adults because the kids ate it all up right away…
