Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 250 g potatoes
- 250 g carrot(s)
- 2 stalk(s) leeks
- 1 egg(s)
- 100 g sheep’s cheese
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 5 tbsp whole wheat breadcrumbs
- salt and pepper
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Grate the peeled potatoes and carrots. Stir the egg, whole-wheat breadcrumbs, minced garlic clove, and thinly sliced leek into the carrot and potato mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Form the mixture into patties and fill with small cubes of feta cheese. Fry in hot oil for about 10 minutes on each side. Serve with a yogurt and herb sauce and a green salad.
