  • 5 tbsp whole wheat breadcrumbs

Instructions

Grate the peeled potatoes and carrots. Stir the egg, whole-wheat breadcrumbs, minced garlic clove, and thinly sliced ​​leek into the carrot and potato mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
