Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 3 slices of cooked ham
- 1 tbsp cheese, grated
- 2 m.-large cocktail tomatoes
- 2 m.-large radishes
- oil
- Cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix. Finely chop the spring onions, cooked ham, cherry tomatoes, and radishes. Sauté the ingredients in a pan with a little oil. Pour the egg into a separate pan and fry until golden brown. Fill the omelet with the sautéed vegetables and ham. Sprinkle some grated cheese over the omelet and let it melt slightly. If you like, garnish the omelet with tomatoes to serve.
