Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 35 g soy flour
  • 1 tbsp xylitol (sugar substitute)
  • 100 ml milk, 0.1% fat
  • 30 g protein powder
  • possibly powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff. Mix the egg yolks with the sugar, add the milk, protein powder, and flour, fold in the beaten egg whites, and fry in a pan. Divide the dough into quarters and then tear into small pieces, e.g., sprinkle with powdered sugar.
