Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g pumpkin(s) (Hokkaido)
- 400 g potatoes
- salt water
- 2 chili peppers, fresh or dried
- e.g. milk
- nutmeg
- salt and pepper
Instructions

delicious potato-pumpkin puree
Peel and deseed the pumpkin, and cut into small pieces. Peel and chop the potatoes. Boil both in salted water for about 20 minutes until soft. Then drain the water and mash both with a hand masher or a potato ricer. If desired, mix the mashed potatoes with lukewarm milk until the desired consistency is reached. Season to taste with salt, pepper, nutmeg, and chili.
