Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 350 g potatoes, diced
- 400 g Hokkaido pumpkin(s), diced
- Salt
- 150 ml milk
- 2 tsp butter
- Nutmeg, freshly grated
- some chives, fresh, cut into fine rolls
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Boil potatoes in salted water for 15 minutes, add pumpkin, and cook for another 10 minutes. Drain, press through a potato ricer, mix with milk, butter, and nutmeg, season with salt if desired, and serve sprinkled with chives.
