Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 40 g ground oat flakes
- 2 tbsp curd
- 2 egg whites
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 6 walnuts or almonds
- 1 apple, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Sugar-free apple oat muffins
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and fill 6-8 muffin cups. Silicone cups work best. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes.
