Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 ml cream substitute (Rama Cremefine)
- 200 g blue cheese (e.g. Gorgonzola, Danish Blue)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
like the Italian
Heat Rama Cremefine. Stir in the blue cheese and dissolve it. Bring to a boil briefly and serve hot. This sauce can be used as a pasta sauce for a Quattro Formaggi sauce or as a ham and cheese sauce. I served this sauce to my guests and everyone loved it. Tip: Alternatively, you can also combine 100 ml of milk with 100 ml of cream and dissolve the blue cheese in it.
