  • 250 g quark
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 250 g flour

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix together. The dough will be sticky, so set aside some extra flour for shaping the rolls. Form the dough into small rolls with floured hands and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 250°C for about 20 minutes. This dough makes enough for about 6 small rolls. Tip: These rolls are delicious, and the recipe can be adapted with whole-wheat flour, seeds, and spices, among other things.
