Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g brown sugar
- 50 ml maple syrup
- 200 ml cream, fresh
- 25 g butter
- 1 pinch(s) of vanilla sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
for ice cream and dessert
Bring the sugar, vanilla sugar, cream, butter, and syrup to a boil over low heat, stirring frequently. Simmer for about 5 minutes, then pour lukewarm over ice cream/dessert or serve with fresh fruit!
