Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g pasta, cooked macaroni (possibly from the day before)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 m.-large zucchini
  • 1 bulb(s) garlic, red
  • ½ tsp chili, crushed
  • 3 tbsp ham, diced
  • 5 cocktail tomatoes, date
  • 1 sprig rosemary, some needles
  • 1 sprig of oregano, fresh
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • Crème fraîche OR:
  • 100 g mozzarella, grated
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan

Option I: Layer the pasta in a baking dish, thinly slice the zucchini and peeled garlic using a food processor.
