Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 g Chinese cabbage
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 0.06 liters of white wine
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • ½ tbsp mustard
  • ½ tsp creamed horseradish
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 3 tbsp corn oil
  • 1 onion(s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Clean the Chinese cabbage, cut into thin strips, and place in a bowl. Clean and halve the red and yellow bell peppers. Remove the white pith and seeds and cut into thin strips. Mix a spicy marinade from white wine, white wine vinegar, mustard, creamed horseradish, ketchup, and corn oil. Peel the onion and finely dice it. Mix with the marinade and season with salt and pepper. Pour everything over the Chinese cabbage and bell pepper salad and mix well.
