Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 5 m.-sized carrot(s)
- 6 tbsp natural yogurt
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp, levelled sugar
- 1 tsp horseradish, grated or table horseradish
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp linseed oil
- Parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Wash the carrots, peel them thinly, and coarsely grate them. Mix the remaining ingredients together to make a creamy dressing. Pour the dressing over the carrots and mix everything well. Let it sit for at least an hour.
