Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g strawberries
  • 120 g amaretti biscuits
  • Amaretto
  • 125 ml cream substitute (Cremefine for whipping, 19% fat)
  • 250 g quark cream (natural quark preparation, 0.2% fat)
  • 60 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Pour a little Amaretto over the amaretti. Hull and chop the strawberries. Whip the Cremefine and stir in the quark mixture and sugar. First, layer a few amaretti in a glass, then spread a layer of cream on top, then arrange the strawberries on top. Add another layer of amaretti, cream, and strawberries. Decorate the dessert with a little cream and an amaretti. Let it chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
