Quick breakfast berry curd

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 30 g blueberries
  • 30 g raspberries
  • 30 g currants
  • 30 g blackberries
  • 100 g strawberries
  • 10 g walnuts
  • some sweetener
  • 1 pinch of vanilla
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes

Thaw the first four berries if they’re frozen. The microwave is ideal for this. In the meantime, mix the low-fat quark with 1 tablespoon of water, a little sweetener, and your desired spices until smooth. Rinse and halve the strawberries. Stir the thawed berries into the low-fat quark and garnish with the halved strawberries and walnuts. The whole serving has around 340 kcal and is also perfect as a dessert for 2-3 people.
