Tart Au Chocolat with Jägermeister Ice Cream

The perfect tart au chocolat with jägermeister ice cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Ice:

  • 300 ml Milk
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 4 cl Jagermeister winter herbs
  • Milk ice powder

Tart au chocolat:

  • 150 g Butter
  • 150 g Chocolate
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 3 Pc. Eggs

Ice:

  1. Mix the ingredients together, then put them in the ice cream maker or freezer (stir every now and then).

Tart au chocolat:

  1. Melt the butter with chocolate, stir the sugar and eggs until foamy, then stir into the chocolate mass. Pour the mixture into the baking pan, then chill for 2 hours.
  2. Bake at about 160 degrees for about 20 minutes. After baking, let it cool for 10 minutes before cutting the tart.
