Tart Au Chocolat with Jägermeister Ice Cream
The perfect tart au chocolat with jägermeister ice cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Ice:
- 300 ml Milk
- 200 ml Cream
- 4 cl Jagermeister winter herbs
- Milk ice powder
Tart au chocolat:
- 150 g Butter
- 150 g Chocolate
- 50 g Sugar
- 3 Pc. Eggs
Ice:
- Mix the ingredients together, then put them in the ice cream maker or freezer (stir every now and then).
Tart au chocolat:
- Melt the butter with chocolate, stir the sugar and eggs until foamy, then stir into the chocolate mass. Pour the mixture into the baking pan, then chill for 2 hours.
- Bake at about 160 degrees for about 20 minutes. After baking, let it cool for 10 minutes before cutting the tart.
