Potato and Kohlrabi Gratin
The perfect potato and kohlrabi gratin recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 100 g Potatoes
- 1 Size Kohlrabi
- 3 Onion
- Salt
- Pepper
- Nutmeg
- Paprika Spice200
- 200 ml Cream
- 50 ml Milk
- 200 g Grated cheese
- Peel the kohlrabi in quarters and cut into thin slices
- Peel the potatoes into thin slices and wash them
- Peel the onion and cut into thin rings
- Put the potatoes in a greased casserole dish and put kohlrabi on top and sprinkle a layer of onions over the spices and again potatoes, then kohlrabi and onions and again spices
- Mix the cream with milk and add the spices to taste over the potato kohlrabi layer and top with grated cheese
