Banana Chocolate Smoothie

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 m.-sized banana(s)
  • 600 ml milk, cold
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 4 tbsp oat flakes (instant oats)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Cut the banana into small pieces, add the milk, and blend the bananas with a hand blender. Then add the cocoa and instant flakes and blend briefly again.
