Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 ring/s meat sausage (Lyoner), approx. 500 g
- 2 onions
- 1 can mushrooms, sliced
- 4 garlic cloves
- some meat broth
- 1 cup tomato ketchup
- 1 cup sauce (barbecue barbecue sauce)
- 1 cup cream
- 2 tbsp oil
- salt and pepper
- curry powder
- Paprika powder
Instructions

Saarland recipe with meat sausage
Peel and dice the Lyoner sausages, fry them all over in hot oil, remove from the pan, and set aside. Fry the roughly diced onions in the pan until golden brown, then add the drained mushrooms, crushed garlic cloves, and fried Lyoner pieces, and mix everything with the seasoning. Deglaze with a little meat broth, add the barbecue sauce and tomato ketchup, and simmer for 5 minutes. Then add the cream, stir well, and season to taste. Serve in the pan with baguette.
